We offer an initial consultation completely free of charge, with an experienced architect who will go through everything and discuss your possibilities and options, this will be followed by a design and planning quotation. 2. ARCHITECT VISIT YOU
Once we have an idea of what it is that you want or need, then we will arrange a qualified architect to visit you and check personally, with our qualified, ARB and RIBA registered architects, your own situation, the characteristics of your property and the possibilities you have to change it.
3. ARCHITECT SITE SURVEY
Then the architect will proceed to take the measurements of your property with the most advanced technology of a laser distance measurer, in order to transform all these information into a particular project for your own house or building.
4. MAKING THE DRAWINGS
The architects wants you to achieve your planning permission as soon as possible. As a result, they will create the plans with the latest computer programs such as those which use CAD and BIM technology, in order to complete the drawings in the shortest amount of time.
5. ARCHITECT DEAL WITH THE COUNCIL
You will not have to worry about the procedure or paperwork, since the architect can deal with the council if you need it and this way it will be easier for you to get the required planning permission to start with the building works.
6. YOU OBTAIN THE PLANNING PERMISSION
After some weeks, depending on the type of application we submit, your project will be granted and we will make the building regulation drawings.
